The Smiths Falls, Ont., hashish firm says the proceeds come from two agreements linked to BioSteel Sports activities Vitamin Inc. which have closed.
The primary deal concerned the sale of BioSteel Canada to DC Holdings Ltd., which does enterprise as Coachwood Group of Corporations and likewise owns sports activities vitamin model Canadian Protein.
The second transaction noticed BioSteel promote its manufacturing enterprise to New Jersey-based Gregory Packaging Inc., which is behind SunCup juice cartons.
Cover says a portion of the proceeds can be used to repay debt.
The hashish firm put BioSteel up on the market when the sports activities drink enterprise was positioned beneath court docket safety from collectors beneath the Corporations’ Collectors Association Act in September.
