Virgin flight Melbourne Australia: Dramatic scenes as man arrested by AFP

Dramatic scenes have unfolded on a Virgin Australia flight as a person was arrested by cops.

The flight was making ready to takeoff from Melbourne Airport on Tuesday when Australian Federal Law enforcement officials boarded and arrested the person.

Footage of the incident, obtained by 7News, exhibits the officers speaking to the person as folks round him plead with him to get off the flight.

Somebody within the background may be heard saying: “Everybody’s had sufficient”.

The officers proceed to speak to the person, asking him to go away his seat and disembark the flight.

“I’m going to provide you another warning to get off the flight,” one officer says.

The person responds: “What have I carried out?”

The male officer is seen holding a Taser earlier than the person says: “Yet one more time or I get tasered?”.

Police proceed to ask the person to go away the flight, earlier than he complains about paying $5000 for his ticket and insisting he had “carried out nothing”.

“I’m going to provide you a stun with the taser, are you prepared for it,” the male officer says.

The feminine officer once more asks the person to get out of his seat however he refuses.

He’s then dragged out off his seat by the officers and into the aisle, earlier than he’s ultimately pushed off the plane.

An AFP spokesman mentioned officers responded to a request of help from airline employees at Melbourne Airport, following stories of alleged aggressive and disruptive behaviour.

The person was arrested and faraway from the flight.

No fees have been made however the AFP have confirmed they’re investigating.
